Paul Koppelman, DDS
Dr. Paul Koppelman practices dentistry with the philosophy that there is no longer any reason to be fearful of the dentist. A healthy mouth and a beautiful smile can always be achieved painlessly. Every patient is given the time and explanations to ensure their dental desire and goals can and will be met. Dr. Koppelman has expertise in oral diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment of dental emergencies. Along with his advanced background in gentle and proper dental anesthesia, his patients can be assured of a truly pain free experience.
Dr. Koppelman attended Georgetown University School of Dental Medicine. He graduated in the top of his class and was inducted in the honorary society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Koppelman continued his dental training at Albert Einstein and Jacobi Hospital in a one year general practice residency. Following completion of his residency, he moved to Israel. He started a family dental practice and taught at Tel Aviv University School of Dental Medicine. He taught for four years in the Dept. of Oral Diagnosis and Emergency Dental Care. He was voted best instructor two years in a row.
Dr. Koppelman returned to New York with his family and continued in private practice. His emphasis continues to be on diagnosis and pain control. He is dedicated and committed to each of his patients to provide the highest quality of care that modern dentistry can provide.
Adam Koppelman, DMD
Dr. Adam Koppelman is a caring, gentle dentist, dedicated to placing his patients needs above all else. From treating patients in his New York City offices to volunteering his time treating underprivileged patients both domestically and internationally, from the Appalaichan mountains to Haiti. His painless approach coupled with his expertise in general dentistry and implantology make him the dentist patients return to see even when they are without pain! Dr. Koppelman’s goal as a practitioner is to ensure that each of his patients receives the highest quality dental care and that sets him above the rest.
Dr. Koppelman attended Pennsylvania State University and received his BS in 2004. He pursued his dental education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine graduating in 2008. Dr. Koppelman continued his dental training at North Shore University Hospital where he received his General Practice Residency Certificate. After being asked to stay on as Chief resident, he continued his training to receive a fellowship in advanced prosthetics and implantology.
Dr. Koppelman has since had continued training and experience in advanced cosmetic dental procedures, including botox and dermal fillers, Invisalign, veneers, and lumineers. He provides dental consultations for implantology, prosthetics, sleep apnea and snoring, TMJ discomfort, general dentistry, and teeth-whitening procedures.
Jaime Bremnes, DMD
After graduating early with honors from Hofstra University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Biology and minor in Fine Art, Dr. Bremnes embarked upon a Doctorate Degree in Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. During her last year, Dr. Bremnes was accepted into the elite honors clinic at the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) and worked at a highly independent level, a privilege not generally given to students.
After completing residency, Dr. Bremnes worked in private practice in Manhattan on the Upper West Side. As the Frank Sinatra song goes, “New York, New York, If I can make it there I can make it anywhere..”, Dr. Bremnes decided to take the skills and experience she honed throughout her vast training and practice in Manhattan to Garden City.
Dr. Bremnes looks forward to using her gentle touch and wealth of knowledge to bring you that perfect smile you have always wanted.
Ivey Lipman, DMD
Dr. Ivey Lipman grew up in Old Bridge, New Jersey with a strong desire to become a dentist since she was 3 years old. Spending time in the dental chair herself along with volunteering throughout high school at her dentist’s office only validated that this profession was the right one for her. Dr. Lipman received a scholarship for academic achievement to the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL, where she obtained her B.S. in psychology with minors in biology and chemistry. Following four years in Florida she headed north to attend Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine, eventually graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Following graduation, it was important for Dr. Lipman to further her dental education and improve her clinical skills to excel in her profession. To accomplish her goals, she completed a 1 year general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, treating and managing patients with various medical concerns in a hospital environment. At Montefiore she treatment planned and executed complex cases while treating patients with complicated and extensive medical histories, giving her a well-rounded residency experience. She also firmly believes that dental education does not stop after the completion of residency.
Yelena Ilyaich, RDH

Yelena Ilyaich was raised in Queens, New York. She attended New York University College of Dentistry and received her degree in Dental Hygiene where she graduated with honors. She is recognized for her professionalism in her field, her energetic and happy personality.
With her gentle and light touch she provides the best Dental Hygiene care to patients of all ages. Some of which are general prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing, oral cancer screenings, Zoom whitening and much more.
Yelena continues to take courses and seminars to provide the best preventive care.
